When disputes arise, our attorneys are prepared to assist our Board members and managers as efficiently as possible at every level of dispute resolution, from disciplinary hearings to Internal Dispute Resolution to Alternative Dispute Resolution and, when necessary, through obtaining preliminary and permanent injunctive relief and judgment enforcement. Throughout all disputes we keep our eye on the goal of minimizing association exposure and maximizing full reimbursement of our client’s attorneys’ fees and costs.
Just as importantly, we are also aware that not all conflicts within a community are the homeowners association’s responsibility to resolve, and we counsel our association clients when disputes are best resolved by the residents themselves.
